Mike and Kathy Petersen started their real estate practice in 2001 with a simple conviction: families deserve an agent who treats their home search the way they would treat their own. Twenty-four years and 1,200+ transactions later, that's still the only way they know how to operate.
Between them, they cover every angle of a transaction. Mike specializes in negotiation and investment analysis — he spent years in commercial real estate before finding his calling helping families. Kathy's background in interior design and staging has helped sellers consistently command top dollar, often turning a hesitant "good enough" listing into a buyer's must-have.
